·         Wreath sales, update – no report

·         UNI concessions:  First semester concessions are complete.  The troop was unable to secure concessions for the national duals and the Sports show, and did not show any interest in the other smaller events.  As a result, the troop will not take part in UNI concessions this winter or spring.

·         Membership coordinator

·         Discussion on Webelos 2’s crossing over from Pack 25 in February, and possibly some from other nearby packs as well.  Some Webelos 2 parents have expressed concerns with the time commitment for Boy Scouting, and we need to make sure that they have a realistic understanding of what is involved.

·         Round Table Update – no report

5) Old Business

·         Ski Trip, Jan 28-30, update:  planning continues.

·         Boundary Waters 2011, update:  lots of interest at a recent troop meeting, planning is underway, expect to need some type of commitment soon.

·         Wood Badge training, June and August 2011, update:  openings are still available.

·         Recharter update:  nearly complete, expect the total cost to be approximately $1100.

6) New Business

·         Church hall setup for Christmas mass, and reset:  setup Thursday, Dec 23 at 6:00 PM, reset Sunday Dec 26 at 6:00 PM.  This is a quick task if we have a good turnout of Scouts and adults, and it is very much appreciated by St. Ed’s.
